Human Relations Agents Needed
We are looking to hire the best candidates who know how to treat clients with respect and dignity, and who will put them at the center of their interventions.
The Human Relations Agent works in an interdisciplinary manner with colleagues, healthcare professionals and superiors. He/or she assesses the situation and living conditions of users, establishes intervention plans, services or activities. Works to raise awareness, and defend the rights of the individuals, and provides individual or group conseling in order to facilitate the adaptation of the persons concerned. In addition, he or/she must evaluate the services being rendered.
Two (2) years of relevant experience in social work or any related field such as: criminology, mental health, psychology etc. would be an asset

Required diploma:
Terminal Degree in humanities, social work, criminology, social service, sexology, psychology or related fields.
